- Identity Verification: For seller verification, we may collect government-issued ID information processed through our secure verification partners.
- Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card numbers.
- Shipping Information: Addresses you provide for shipping and receiving cards.
- Communications: Messages you send through our in-app chat system.
- User Content: Photos of cards you upload, listings you create, and reviews you write.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, time spent.
- Camera Access: When you use our card scanning feature, we process images to identify cards. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored unless you create a listing.
- Location: General location (city/region) for showing nearby listings. We do not track precise GPS location.
1.3 Live Streaming & Breaks Data
- Video & Audio Streams: When you host or participate in a live stream, video and audio data is transmitted in real-time to viewers. Streams may be temporarily cached for delivery but are not permanently stored unless you enable VOD recording.
- Chat Messages: Messages sent in live stream chat rooms are stored to facilitate moderation, dispute resolution, and community safety.
- Bidding & Purchase Activity: All bids, Buy-It-Now purchases, and team selections made during live breaks are recorded as transaction data.
- Team Selections (PYT Breaks): Your team selections in Pick Your Team breaks are stored as part of the break transaction record.
- Spend Tracking: Per-stream spend totals are calculated and displayed to you in real-time during live sessions.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Process transactions and send related information
- Verify seller identity and prevent fraud
- Send notifications about your trades, messages, and account
- Facilitate live streaming, auction bidding, and card break transactions
- Respond to customer service requests
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the app experience

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these circumstances:
- With Other Users: Your username, profile photo, ratings, and listing information are visible to other users. Shipping addresses are shared only with trade partners.
- Service Providers: We work with third parties who help us operate our Service:
- Firebase (authentication, database, analytics)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- EasyPost (shipping labels)
- Google Cloud (AI card recognition)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are kept for 7 years for legal and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
